Does anyone know of a pre-designed HR data mart for HR reporting in general and HR metrics in particular? We use PeopleSoft. After much debate we are now of the opinion we cannot get the reporting we need in an efficient manner from the transactional data base. PeopleSoft's Workforce Analytics is not an option.
