Has anyone used Vurv (RecruitMax) 7.3? I hear it's more buggy than 7.1 so I was hoping to get some reviews on the differences between 7.1 and 7.3, or just review the software in general as to the experience you have had with it.

We've used vuvxpress which was rebranded from their original ProHire product. We eventually left because they focused to much on Applicant tracking and neglected the tools that most recruiters use. You should continue to shop as their prices are to high for a market thats adopting more and more open source products. Good luck!!

How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them.
