UltiPro Implementation
Discuss how to choose system that will yield the best results, as well as how to maintain it, and how to calculate its return on investment.
We are about to begin our implementation of UltiPro. I would like to hear from anyone that has recently implemented the system and and any lessons learned that you could share with us.

Do not go for ultipro. There customer support is a nightmare. Tech support people do not have enough knowledge to provide solutions. A lot of
Knowledge base articles are very old and contradicting. So i would suggest that you thing thrice before falling into the trap. You can't afford to make mistakes in your HR systems. Unless you to intentionally delay payrolls every time you wouldn't go for that.
