I have been using Ceridian of the past 7 years and they do have a performance review tracking feature for at least that long. I can email you a print screen of it if you'd like. Basically the features available to you that are built into the system are the review period begin and end dates, date completed, completed by, next review date, overall rating, and promotability rating. On the same screent here are buttons where you can enter comments for strengths, weaknesses, recommendations, general comments, and then a 'Next jobs' button which allows you to choose up to 3 jobs you could be considering this person for in the future as part of a succession planning system (if you have one).
However, in Ceridian you can also build your own performance review into the system through a user friendly wizard that would get stored in the same screen. It's called questionaire feature. We have ours in there and, for example, you can see quesiton 1 is Job objective 1 and you want it rated ona likert scale of 1-5 (or whatever you want) and you enter the rating and comments, and quesiton 2 could be adescription of your first KSA and then the choice would be whatever your rating system is, etc... You can also assign weights to each of the questions so as they are inputted you can get a mathematical overall rating if you desire.
The problem for us is, unless you are using self-service, do you have the internal HR capacity to ahve someone key all of this infomration in for your supervisors?
But to answer your question, yes, they have performance review tracking capabilities. Hope this helps.

Daily Q&A
How to Address Flagging Motivation?
How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
