I do not reccomend this company due to the system being poorly designed. Their customer service has been great, but I only know that because we have to deal with them nearly on a daily basis with all of the problems we experience.

I should have mentioned also that their benefits administration has been great. We experienced the smoothest open enrollment on this system than ever before.

I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them.
