hi, im looking for a scheduling software for an organization of about 800 employees.

You might take a look at Google Calendars and Microsoft Outlook 2007. I know it sounds crazy, but Outlook 2007 has added a new feature that makes Google Calendars a great companion. It's a little complicated at first, so I recorded a 6 minute video on hooking it up:
