M. OMRI from SRL Group in TelAviv,

As a software provider you shouldn't use HR forums to do cheap marketing.

Don't be a second Graig W. Walter.
Cheap shot.

You might take a look at Google Calendars and Microsoft Outlook 2007. I know it sounds crazy, but Outlook 2007 has added a new feature that makes Google Calendars a great companion. It's a little complicated at first, so I recorded a 6 minute video on hooking it up:

My company also makes recruiting and staffing software that is integrated with Outlook 2007 similarly. If you're interested, check out Mploy!

Daily Q&A

How to Address Flagging Motivation?

How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
