Does anyone have a sample for eRecruitment evaluation? I'm currently in the midst of selecting a new erecruitment system.

I would not recommend using someone else's evaluation template to select software for your company.
I just recommended this in another thread, but I feel very strongly about it. Write up 5-10 use-case tasks that you plan to perform with your new software. During your evaulation, make each vendor demonstrate YOUR tasks on thier software. Once you see your business processes executed in their software, your choice will be easy. Thanks 4 ur advise. Anyway may I know which thread that u already recommended about the evaluation?
I already find out that most of our vendor have the same process in recruitment but since my company is a unique company, with 2 pulic listed subsidiaries, the process need to be change. Right I focusing to their features. One more thing, which should I use, vendor that have a big client but least features or vendor that first time introduce their system, but with a lot of features? |
