Which is the best solution for HRIS?

Create a new IT Division in HR department

or

let IT department handle the development of HRIS?

Currently my HRIS is developed and maintain by IT department but there is several problem like a private and confidential issues and HR Process that didn't meet HR requirement.

I'm trying to propose a new HRIS division under HR department and IT department will support on technical/infrastructure but i don't know the what is the best practice in implementing HRIS.

Hi Moskau,

The best option is to switch to a webbased HR system. Most companies are now using SaaS based systems due to several IT issues.
