Hello All,
Would someone who knows Taleo be able to help me out with the following: In Taleo ATS, could you modify the # of positions on a job order? If yes, did it require an approval? How did the approval process work? I work for a company that has a multi-level approval requirement on the job order when it is submitted. The job order goes through 5 approvals before hitting “Open” status and sourcing becomes an option. Beyond that, if a manager has a job order that is “open” status AND has already sourced the position….they want the capability of modifying the # needed, requiring an additional approval process PRIOR to updating the posting on the job boards. Can I accomplish the above in Taleo and how? Thanks!! |
