I'm looking into a performance management system for my company to support @1200 employees. We'd like to use the system for administering and tracking performance evaluations, cascading goals, merit and bonus, development planning, succession planning, and maybe competency management. We're also looking into implementing it in phases, with performance evaluation first, followed by merit and bonus, and so on. We've already looked at several vendors. Please share which system/vendor you're using, if any, and your experience with it. NO REPLIES FROM VENDORS OR CONSULTANTS, PLEASE.

Daily Q&A
How to Address Flagging Motivation?
How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
