Is Anyone Using Paylocity for Payroll????
Discuss how to choose system that will yield the best results, as well as how to maintain it, and how to calculate its return on investment.
Is any using Paylocity for Payroll/HRIS? I am considering them. Their product looks great and more advanced than most, but I don't seem to hear much about them. They are also very inexpensive! Ple

I use their webpay product. We just started using this product in December. I absolutely love it! It is very user friendly and the reports are great. We also are using them for our G/L interface and PTO accruals. We are still trying to get some bugs worked out on these 2 issues, but if you need it for payroll, it is great. ADP, Paychex and Ceredian were double the price that we are paying for Paylocity. Please feel free to email me at sharper@cathayindusa.com if you have any other questions.

Daily Q&A

How to Address Flagging Motivation?

How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
