We are a small company (65 employees) and have a set hr management system in place, however we are in need of software that will manage our performance reviews and job descriptions, and assists with the creation of both. Most of the software I have found is focused on human resources. We are looking for something more like appraisal-smart, but lower cost or something over the counter. Right now we are using Prospera, which seems time consuming and does more than we need. Does anyone know of a program that will fit our needs?

Curious about the Job Description software. What would you want this software to do? Is this something that creates suggested descriptions and then stores them for later use or just a job description database?

If you are looking for a product that will "create" a job description, how do you see it doing that?

The idea is very interesting. I do not know of any products myself. But if you provide a little more information I would be glad to look around to satisfy my own curiosity.

We are looking for software that will create the job description based on our preferences. Right now we use Prospera, which has a basic template, which helps us create the descriptions, and create reviews based off of that. The benefit is having the reviews automatically generated, that way if anything changes on a job description, we would not have to change the reivew. The problem is the rest of the software is not useful to us and all of the information isn't connected. We would like to find software that focuses on the job descriptions and performance reviews.

05I wouldn't recomend new york asian escort buying films from new york asian escorts a porn site as many times they new york escort are in the money cheating business and that's just not new york escorts right. I would rather buy from an adult store which specialises in adult material and products

I recommend the Halogen product, Job Description Builder.  It is designed to do exactly what you mentioned -- integrate job description management and performance management.

Daily Q&A

How to Address Flagging Motivation?

How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
