I have noticed several postings on here in the past of people trying to find an ATS for smaller companies (under 1000 EE's) because the bigger ones like Taleo or Peopleclick turning them down for not having enough employees.
I know that Taleo offers a product now for smaller organizations but I do not know how well it is working for these companies.
Is there still a market out there for these smaller companies who are looking for an ATS but without the big busgets? If so what are you finding?

Daily Q&A
How to Address Flagging Motivation?
How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
