Hi everyone,
I'm an IT student and I have registered on this site to get expert opinion on a research I am planning to do.
Do any of you know if there is an IT solution to identify whether an employee is in stress through how he works on the computer?
I'm planning to base my research on this, and i would be very grateful to you if any of you let me know whether you know of such a system. Because if there is, I have to give this topic up..
It's supposed to be an innovative research.
I know for a fact that there are online systems to check whether employees are in stress.
I'm talking about an application that can be installed on your computer, which will monitor your activities to identify stress.
And if there is already such a solution, could any of you give me an idea on a good research topic on the HR side?
I'm new here, and i would be grateful for any kind of response.. Positive of Negative
