Discuss how to choose system that will yield the best results, as well as how to maintain it, and how to calculate its return on investment.

The Leadership Architect Suite of Tools by Lominger International, a Korn/Ferry Company, has a number of integrated tools, one of which is a Succession Management tool. I have been using their tools since they first came out in the early 1990's and find them to be a wonderful asset when working with my clients. Check out www.lominger.com and click on the Product Information tab. I think you will be impressed. |

SuccessFactors Succession Management helps retain and develop talent at every level of your company. You can use our robust succession planning application to easily map every staffing move - across teams or across the world. Plus you can construct and create new department hiring plans, while providing employees with greater visibility into the future of their careers.

Count me in as the 3rd recommendation for Halogen. We have used the Halogen suite for roughly 3 years and we have been very pleased with our decision. The product is very user friendly and our managers love it.
Take a look at their succession module, you won't be disappointed. http://www.halogensoftware.com/products/halogen-esuccession/ |

Organizations grow over the years and workforce management becomes a tough task. One of the best succession planning software I have come across is humanconepts. This org chart software helps you identify workforce metrics and key talent in an understandable visual format.
