Discuss how to choose system that will yield the best results, as well as how to maintain it, and how to calculate its return on investment.

How about Pacific Timesheet? It is simple, felxible, easy to use and easy to scale to fit any size of the company. You can find more information here:

I can suggest the 5 most popular (base on Alexa Rankings) project management software:
1. Basecamp 2. Freshbooks 3. Desktop Central 4. Zoho Projects 5. Deskaway You can find more information here: http://www.timedoctor.com/blog/2011/02/02/43-project-management-software-alternatives There is even a comparison table that compares the various software listed in the blog. There are 43 software listed and most have a short review for you to have an idea of the software. |

I use Projectile, its basically a combination of Freshbooks and Basecamp, and way cheaper. Im really liking it right now, works just fine for time tracking, invoicing, project management, etc. http://www.projectilepro.com/ |

Yes basecamp is one of the best project management software packages. Many people use it because it is cheap and easy to use. I use a software package called Latitude and it works great in my business because its features are really useful to manage my projects and jobs. You can manage your clients and their information, tracks time and assign tasks to employees, manage documents and files and you can integrate it to an accounting software for quotes and invoices. You can read more about its features in their website: http://www.latibiz.com/ |
