Posted by poker-lover Try This 1-http://www.HubStaff.com for Timesheets, Work history, hours allocated etc. It even takes screen shots and No. of key strokes etc (Monitoting and Controlling) 2-http://www.BaseCampHQ for Activity List, Schedule etc (Planing and execution) 3-Google Docs for Collaboration This is the combination we are using andfor us it works quite well rather than Mavenlinks, tsheets etc. An advise, if your Projects does not involve risks of Millions OR Billions of $$ then try to keep things simple in Project Management Practices. It will dramatically reduce fuss, hassle and cost |
