give wonderlic a call- their retail assessments (for customer service and other retail specific options) interface with existing ats technologies quite easily.

Assuming you've conducted the job-analysis to validate and link the selection tool to the job requirements, I think you will find PreVisor's products and Kenexa's ProveIT products very strong candidates to consider.

PeopleAnswers is a great tool! Their behavioral analysts will help you create a customized profile and their system can be integrated with other ATS and/or companies (background check, etc.)
