How to find a quality & commited interviewer as we had been searching for very long but still couldn't find. A lot of them didnt even turn up for interview or MIA after interviewed!!

Shirley-Need more details before suggestions:

What kind of business is this?
Why is the position open?
Have you had a lot of turnover in this position? If yes what is your analysis as to why so many people are leaving the position?
What jobs are being interviewed for?
How many openings?
What salary range is the position?
Where are you located?
How are you finding your candidates?
Who is making the appointments?
What is your role?

After you advise us on this we may be able to provide intelligent advice?

hire a good HR. that'll answer every question that howard has for you. they do a great job with those kind of things. Or, just go get workers from an agency. they'll do all the screening and the interviewing.

As Howard said, it would help if we had a bit more info on the nature of this position. 

I've had no-shows for a variety of jobs over the years, but it's not all that common except in min. wage jobs. This begs the question:  Is there something about the comp, location, duities or company reputation that is turning applicants off?     

Jus my $0.02:
If you pay fair market wage for the job, have reasonable benefits, offer personal development and a career path, you'll get the quality and commitment you're looking for.
