Looking for a trainer

Kao Corporation, a major consumer products and chemical company
based in Tokyo Japan (corporate web site: www.kao.co.jp ), would like to ascertain the availablity of highly experienced professional(s) trainer that has international (especially Asia) experience in teaching the basic
fundamentals of management (i.e. setting goals, planning, resolving conflicts, coaching, etc.) as well as leadership skills development training.

The ideal candidate would of course be someone with not only this kind management/leadership training experience, but also have extensive experience in the same industry as ours (consumer products) and even better, have prior working experience at
one of our major competitors (i.e. P&G, Unilever, Colgate-Palmolive, etc.)
Furthermore, frequent contact with senior management and accomplished skills in developing and continually updating a training needs assessment would also be required.

Please remember, we are simply trying to ascertain if we can locate an "ideal" candidate. If anybody happens to know of a professional who may fit our requirements, please contact me directly Since we are only at the "development" stage of this ideal, we cannot provide much details (salary, benefits, etc.)
