I am working on a project to develop a Training and Development plan for our Employment recruitment agency. We are currently reviewing possible models that can be adapted to suit our needs. I am looking for possible example of T&D models on various organisations. Can anyone help me with this or have and relevant informations???

I am doing a kind of research work on Training as to know how other companies training programmes are in order that we can apply some of those new methods that were not utilised by us before. We are actually into providing Digital Image Processing products with a total strengh of 75 employees .Can anyone help me regarding what training programmes are to be conducted and how to make that plan effective
