In Response to Re: basic skills training (math and reading):
In Response to basic skills training (math and reading) : I have done considerable research into  work-based basic skills training to find methods that allow workers to acquire those skills relevant to their job in the fastesst way possible.  I would be happy to share those methods with you.  I also can design a curriculum and train your personnel to conduct the trainingL since this will probably be a recurring problem.
