Rather than just trying new practices, it sounds as though you may first need to identify exactly what it is you want as the outcome(s) of these new practices. One way to do this is to hold an Open Space session, inviting everyone who has a stake in the outcome. Open Space Technology can handle groups of all sizes (the largest on record is 1500) but I prefer groups of 20 to 50 people. The key to making this a useful exercise is in writing the invitation.
