It's interesting your issue. I hope my following recomendations can help you:
1. Identify the really stress origin (You can use a similar 360 evaluation, it can be interesting the family, friend, parents comments) 2. Stablish the stress level and critical times for the manager and his/her team.(You can determine if there is a strong relation between the top result business and the peak stress period/It's important to identify stress transfer to the team) 3. Define an Integral Stress Reduction Program according to the result's analysis 4. Measure the change behavior of the manager and the team (It's important to link this change to the business behavior) 5. One thing that common to in office as well as in home is th e STRESS. Actually, there are so many tips on how to relieved stress at a time. But in the very beginning, a thing great thing that we must consider to overcome this kind of situation. That is on how you love your work as well. If you DO NOT love your work then it would be so stressful in your part. But if you DO, then it will reduce the possible stress you will gain the whole day of work. In Response to stress management: I have recently been given an assignment to develop "interpersonal skills" courses for our frontline managers. The first course they want to see is stress management. I want to get them in and out, make it relevant to their work, and really make an impact that goes beyond the classroom. Firstly, Know what you want to accomplish. To change attitude and behavior it is best over a period of time.A survey of Stress Management can be done in a couple of hours.A good program should have a follow up and support system. Get a little background on mindfulness. It is a TERRIFIC stress rdeucer and, once taught, can be practiced by the attendees in their personal and professional lives AND at their pace and on their schedule. You can colect a good deal of information online, tweak it to meet your class needs and move them in a positive, reduced-stress direction. Mindfulness works!
