One exercise that I do in my sessions is post some photographs or pictures of people in different situations on the board.Divide group into teams and ask each team to note down what they think is happening in each picture.They then share this witht he rest of the group.
Obviously a variety of assumptions are made and shared about each picture. I then debrief by what is actually happening in each picture and how we form impressions so easily and how they are so different from each other. |
