Conference Call Ice Breakers

We have a lot of conference calls where I work and have never done an "ice-breaker" - but I can definately see the value in it.

Interpersonal dynamics are different so I would stay away from long and complicated exercises and keep the groups small. Maybe do something fun ahead of time via e-mail.
