I'm updating my book on training systems to bring it up to the second edition. I require people who are interested in the subject of training effectiveness to review my book seriously and critically. If you are interested, I will send you the book (in electronic form) and reward you for your efforts.
The book is about how to benchmark the effectiveness of the training function using an evolutionary model. There are four levels (or phases) in the model that organizations progress through to move from an administrative function to one of strategic importance. The model also comes with an assessment tool and guide to help organizations assess where they are on the model and how to get to the next level.
