Dear all,

I would like to create a leadership development training material for company executives. Does anyone have any similar in hand? I am also trying to find the relevant material that Hay Group or Accenture uses. Any ideas where I can find it?

If you want the material developed by a consulting company, then you need to hire that group. Using their materials without their permission is theft.

Check out http://www.ttidisc.com/products.php?product=ldp for some basic information on a leadership development program that incorporates assessment tools. I know you need to work with a consultant or coach to use this program, but I believe you can implement it yourself if you have an internal mentor.
