Richardson media has a fairly good training program 'It's About Respect'.
Also, while active listening is integral to Appreciative Inquiry, AI is actually much more. I am not an expert, but my limited experience in the area (and much more reading)has led me to the conclusion that it is much deeper, and much more complex an approach than it appears on the surface.

Last year I reviewed a video program dealing with diversity in the work place. I believe the presentation was entitled "As Simple as Respect". I was able to use the vedio and develop an entire training program for our employees. Due to the nature of our business, the sessions were about and hour and a half long each day for four days. I was able to make the sessions interactive through role-plays, Q&A, and personal (anonymous) on the job experiences. The DVD and training materials cost less than $1000 (if I recall correctly). Look up ATS Media. We received positive feedback from our employees on this program.

Daily Q&A
How to Address Flagging Motivation?
How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
