One of the best companies for leadership development is the Center for Creative Leadership, with offices in North Carolina and San Diego.

Thanks for this. The CCL is effectively a great organization and we use them a lot. I was looking for a conference where several companies make presentations about their courses, products (maybe like the American Training Association conference if that exists ?) or other Leadership conferences with people presenting different concepts ?
Thanks again. How can I get a view of what's on the US market ?

I recommend two organizations in U.S. First, is ASTD (The American Society for Training and Development and Second is SHRM (Society fo Human Resource Management)I also support the earlier suggestion of using the Center for Creative Leadership.

Daily Q&A

How to Address Flagging Motivation?

How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
