hello everyone,
I just started in a whole new career path, I am afraid of the "performance review", what sort of things can I expect?

I only worked as a sales clerk in a retail store before, this is all new to me. I did have many compliments during my first few weeks here, so I guess that means I am doing alright for them. Thanks, Chris.
