Our team is currently working to redesign a course around conflict resolution. We are researching various models and assessments for individuals within our organization to be able to personally manage conflict when confronted(peer to peer and/or employee/manager). We know that the Thomas-Kilman Conflict Mode is a commonly used, researched instrument. Are there other models and assessments that are accepted and worth investigating?

Thank you!

The site listed has a comprehensive facilitator book on conflict resolution that we have been borrowing from and reworking to meet our needs. It is free to use and again very comprehensive.

QuicKnowledge.com has a great course on this subject. But it is not just the subject matter, but also the delivery of the information that becomes effective in training as you are probably finding. If is it is too much info, then you loose the attention span of the one you desire to get it. It has to be to the point and with great delivery to make whatever info you provide to be received the way you desire.

Build it and deliver it on a blended learning system. Use the e-learning and follow it up with TeleConf, Webinars, and or face to face meetings after they have the basics from the e-learning course. Good luck!
