Hello friend,
Nice forum.. I liked the discussion..so wanted to join it..I think time management is a kind of skills, tools, and techniques which is used to manage time in completing specific tasks, projects and goals. This includes planning, allocating, setting goals, delegation, analysis of time spent, monitoring, organizing, scheduling, and prioritizing. Initially time management is useful in business or work activities only, but now the term has broadened to include personal activities also. It is a system designed as a combination of processes, tools and techniques. Well it's a long topic to discuss but I got some of it's good points from http://www.jimclemmer.com/online-book-store-audio-leadership-books-leadership-management-time-management.php. this also.
