I am a graduate student and working on a paper about Toyota's Employee Ethics Training Program. I need to find out some basic information about their training program. How often are employees required to take ethics training? How is the training delivered? When was it developed? What company developed it? Do they have a mechanism for assessing ethical performance of the leadership? Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

I go through that every time I try to set up network meetings for my supervisor, sometimes the public relations department is helpful.
Maybe you need to take a "back door" approach. Do you have an alumni association? Maybe there is an alumnus who works for Toyota that can help you. Are you a student member of any professional associations? Maybe you can track down someone from a member list. |
