Our company often serves as the liason between big clients and companies that offer leadership development solutions. Something that we need are 360 degree assessments, and often our clients want them from the big companies such as PDI, DDI, etc. Does anyone have any idea of what the price ranges from for their 360 degree assessments? Also, are their assessments customized to the clients, or are they more of a "low touch, commodity" approach. Any help would be GREAT! Thank you!!

The range I have seen is $120 (US) for a one page "semi-customized" 360 that includes some support with compiling and interpreting results and $880 for a super-duper customized 360 plus a personal consultation.

Folks have done well with either. Personally, I would save the extra dollars. Nothing replaces a good employee/supervisory relationship with clear expectations and on-going feedback and recognition.

Daily Q&A

How to Address Flagging Motivation?

How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
