We as a firm pay for memberships, training, conferences, etc. However, our tracking of these items has not been great. Technically accounting tracks say our two memberships into an organization, however, there's employees with 3+. I'm looking for a better way to do this. Our firm does not like forms, but the only way I can think of is when employees submit receipts/expenses/credit card purchases they will have to fill out a form with it and/or send it to HR for tracking. the reports I receive from accounting just say "Visa" and the payment amount. I don't understand why they do it that way, but it is what it is. Any suggestions on how you track these items and the less work on the individual the better. Thanks in advance for your feedback. |
