Hello Benae. I have a Training Evaluation Toolkit that will help you measure the impact of any kind of training using a selection of methods. The trick is to use a method that will suit the subject matter and the organization. Whatever tool you use, you will need to customize it to suit the specific objectives of your particular program. You can find out more about my toolkit at www.businessperform.com/html/training_evaluation_toolkit.html

I would recommend incorporating at least 3 elements in your measures:
1) competencies - agreed and incorporated into the leadership program; measured before and after the program
2) feedback on leadership competencies and performance improvement from peers, director and most importantly, direct reports who receive the leadership!
3) if your program includes an element of action learning where participants actually complete project work, they should report on their own determined measures resulting from such projects.
I hope this is helpful. Good luck.

I agree 2 elements as follows:

1) competencies
2) feedback on leadership competencies and performance improvement

Apart from that, you can refer Kirkpatrick model.

Is wondering if anyone has an example of a template that covers a score card evaluation form? This is to evaluate online recruiting advisors. Thanks in advance
