Anybody familiar with this company's product?
The owner here got an email offer and passed it on to me to research.
It looks cookie cutter to me -- but I need more input if it is avaialble.
Thank

Our organization evaluated several products many years ago, including Success Factors. We actually chose Halogen Software for our online appraisal system. Their product is very user friendly, has great customer service and has a healthcare component which particularly interest us. Halogen has several other modules such as succession planning, 360, compensation and LMS. We have found nothing but success with Halogen.

Hello gamayer: Case histories from identifiable sources, e.g., company, organizations, etc, offer at worst a preview of the results of the training that the vendor provides for your organization. That assumes that you and the vendor can identify a desired outcome in terms of performance improvement in a skill based environment. Something like 42 out of 100 employees had stopped smoking after the class and 31 still did not smoke 6 months later.

Daily Q&A
How to Address Flagging Motivation?
How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
