Does anybody know of affordable computer based knowledge assessment tools? Everything I've seen is either too expensive or doesn't have the capabilities I need. My key requirements are that I need to be able to have a pool of questions that I can pull from. Our current pool contains about 600 questions which can be sorted by topic. They questions for the individual tests need to picked randomly by topic. For instance, one test might need 5 safety questions, 10 policy related questions, 40 position specific questions, etc.. Also, the test must be password protected and printable. Any suggestions?

Daily Q&A

How to Address Flagging Motivation?

How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
