I just assume a position of Head, Capabilities Management. My first assignment is to come up with a Module of Training for staff (oil & gas industry)to enhance their knowledge in international business acument, financial & non financial impact to the business, contract & laws regulations and others training relatively. These modules should be able to help the staff to understand the general knowledge when approaching international business. I hope I make sense here! Please share your thoughts or perhaps you can share with me your training modules.. Thank you!

Training is very important part for quick production of a business. Employee training courses also propagate the idea to give workers a balanced as well as appropriate workload. Thanks.
