Checking to see if anyone is using these self-directed seminars for all of their employee learning needs. Easy to get hooked on them and forget in person or facilitator led training. They are extremely good-include audio/visual presentations, handouts, forms, other resources. Are there risks to converting all of our employee training to this format?
