Generally, about 40 hours development to 1 hour of ILT. Here is a source.

Any general idea on OLT's? How many minutes/hours does it take for 1 minute of quality OLT training?

It's on the same link as listed for ILT. According to the chart it is 200:1 ratio and can be as high as 400:1. At our company, we use the formula 1 hour creation/production time for every 1 minute of Online.

With facilitators guide, participant workbooks, interactive activities, powerpoints and other visual aids, evaluations, etc., somewhere between 30 and 40 hours of development time for each hour of instruction / facilitation.

great, however i think there must be use of information technology to calculate the exact hours or to control it better. Leadership development training
