I am looking for a simple tool or template to evaluate organizational structure changes related to an ERP/CRM implementation. We will be reviewing/evaluating (1) changes or adds to current functions due to the new system, (2)new processes that may require changes (+ or -)to current employees' jobs, and (3)review the need to add or transfer functions between depts. Thank you.
