Hi, I wanted to tell everyone about a event the FDNY is having on Sept 30th. It is called the FDNY Corporate Team Challenge. It is a leadership/ team-building event at the FDNY Training Academy. Corporations learn through experiencing FDNY state of the art simulators. We have found that a lot of the same skills neccessary to succeed in the business world can be learned from FDNY Officers. Such as split second decision making, leading in a crisis, building high performance teams, communicating effectively...etc Also this event will be commemorating the 10th anniversary of 9/11. visit www.fdnyfoundation.org for more info.
