I'm looking for the best resource(s) for OSHA training videos and resources. My company currently does not have any OSHA training program in place at all, and I am looking to implement one. Thank you!

Short answer: Some sellers on the OpenSesame marketplace do offer OSHA authorized certificates. You should send me an email detailing exactly what you're looking for, and I can help you find something in our catalogue specific to your needs: sarah.eadie@opensesame.com

Cool. It's kind of confusing all the news that came out of OSHA this year. first, there were news of only 3 authorized providers, then theres another news that there are now more than 3 because some of them filed a lawsuit against it. Whatever, I just do hope that more workers take up safety training from OSHA as they can really make a difference in terms of health and safety.

Absolutely! OSHA news can definitely be confusing. I've researched a lot of the regulations, etc. for OpenSesame blog content and some of the info is so dense it's difficult to break down into simple parts.

o well, the good news is that those safety training programs are very accessible nowadays. I can remember a few years ago when there aren't that much online providers for those safety training just as yet. you would have to get your workers go to another place for a few days just to get the necessary training or you would have to get an expensive trainer do the training in your workplace.

Daily Q&A
How to Address Flagging Motivation?
How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
