Per our company’s tuition reimbursement policy, full-time employees are eligible for $4,000 tuition reimbursement per calendar year. Employee must be employed at least 6 months to be eligible to participate. Employee must remain with company for at least 6 months after completion of course. If termination/resignation is within first 3 months, employee must repay 100% of course; 4th month=75%; 5th month=50%; 6th month=25%. We are a health insurance company with over 450 employees. We are interested in what other companies have as part of their tuition reimbursement policy, specifically the following points: 1) How long must employee be employed at your company before eligible to participate. 2) How long must employee remain employed at company after the course ends. What are employee’s obligations? 3) What is employee’s annual tuition reimbursement limit? 4) What is your company’s line of business? 5) Company size (employees). We are very appreciative for any feedback.

Daily Q&A
How to Address Flagging Motivation?
How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
