Hello David,
I am a project manager myself and i know how painstaking it is to schedule resources across multiple projects and offices. I consulted a software expert and he adviced me to go for eResource Scheduler. I took a trial of the software and what i found was a pretty good program. The most i liked about this software is their TimeSheet and multiple reporting features. If you were to take my advice, take a look at it, it worked for me well.

Saviom Resource Planning software has great visualisation capabilities containing drag and drop functionalities that are easy to use. It also has the ability to schedule the same resource onto multiple projects at a time and also move bookings around from resource to resource.

Daily Q&A

How to Address Flagging Motivation?

How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
