Hi Vidya

So you mean to say that you are in H4. I am not sure whether there are many companies doing H1 for HR jobs. But you can try some consultants like Nelson,appleone etc. Meanwhile I would suggest that you take up some kind of a course in HR or do atleast some voluntary work related to HR. I will enquire and let you know more details
