Look at yourself,
Nice suit, shiny shoes, a leather briefcase, car, laptop and cell
Working nine to five, but likely longer
No time for a good vacation, not even enough time for your own family.
Thinking you have made it, but wandering why it doesn’t feel right.
Feeling like a ‘corporate fool'...
...but a fool is exactly what you need, a fool to shake you up from the inside.
To make you seek for new challenges, but also appreciate old achievements, make you realize what matters and restoring the balance in your life.

Thank you for your time and just think about it for a while.

Daily Q&A

How Do We Keep Our Best During Upheaval?

Things are getting scary for us. We recently had to downsize, and since then have lost some of our best people to other jobs. Aside from boosting their pay (which isn't feasible now), what practical steps can we take to keep them from quitting on us?
