I work with a number of companies who employ people of the Islamic faith, and in my experience most of the women who dress hijab exceed what id required by the dress code. For instance, at one particular company, they have a business casual dress code and most of the people dress in slacks or khakis and a shirt or sweater. In the training session I was conducting, the Muslim woman who attended wore what I would describe as a business suit with a long skirt.
Other workplaces where I know women who dress hijab are business professional dress.
In a manufacturing environment, I would imagine one would have to take care to be sure that there was little chance of clothing getting caught in machinery.

Every country have its own law but the bad thing is the law makers did not involve the women in the process that is why in most of the nations women are facing dress code controversies.

With the revealing and inappropriate outfits some staff wear to work today I don't see this as a problem. How to get women to cover up is the real controversy!

How Do We Keep Our Best During Upheaval?
Things are getting scary for us. We recently had to downsize, and since then have lost some of our best people to other jobs. Aside from boosting their pay (which isn't feasible now), what practical steps can we take to keep them from quitting on us?
